Anchored on either shoulder are two generous antique European cut diamonds (total carat weight approximately 0.34cts)

I do entertain the idea that this could be a bar brooch conversion, but the design could be original as it is very seamless.

heart is studded with cobblestone rose cut diamonds. The largest is 3.5 mm while the majority are 1.5 mm. 22 x 15 mm face. Mounted onto an antique 18ct ring shank.
