The most adorable tiny 18 carat gold Georgian stick pin conversion ring. A central moonstone is surrounded by a black enamel Greek key border. The face has been added to an antique 18 carat gold shank with engraved shoulders. The moonstone would have replaced an original glass panel.
The small size of this ring makes it an ideal pinky ring.
